pop-up window and display picture in VB.NET

This example will popup the window when user clicks on button. This window has to be created as a windows form and put the picture box in all area.

You will need to create a form called imageForm which has the completely cover with picture box. on the click event of link button, show this form and set the form.BackGround as the image retrieved from database like below:

        FileStream fs=new FileStream(strfn, 
                          FileMode.CreateNew, FileAccess.Write);
        fs.Write(barrImg,0,barrImg.Length);
        fs.Flush();
        fs.Close();

        imageForm.Show();
    }
    catch(Exception ex)
    {
        MessageBox.Show(ex.Message);
    }
    finally
    {
        this.sqlConnection1.Close();
    }
}

In the imageForm_load event write below code:

pictureBox1.Image=Image.FromFile(strfn); //we have stored image at strfn

pictureBox1 is the picture box added to form image Form.
