ADO constants - ASP Eliminate adovbs Include File

If you want to use the ADO constants in your ASP pages without forcing IIS to process the adovbs.inc file on every page, then include the appropriate METADATA tag at the top of your global.asa file. You can then eliminate the need for adovbs.
