Get the file path in Windows 7 in a key stroke

Hold the shift-key and do a right-click.

In the context menu that appears, you will see the "Copy as Path" option. The path of the file is copied in the clipboard.

All you have to do is press the shift key and then do a right-click.

There are many options in the context menu that are not available by default.
