SmartArt graphic is a visual representation of your ideas. Your audience can easily understand your messages,what you have in mind and what your trying to present to them using the SmartArt graphic. This feature is in Microsoft 2007 Excel, Word, and powerpoint.
1. In Microsoft Excel 2007, click insert tab.
2. Click SmartArt Graphic.
3. Choose your desired layout from the list.
4. Create now your output design to present.
You could even change the color of your design.
