We need to format a document (C#, VB, XML, XAML & others) as per the recommended standards and settings for each form. This FAQ is about a shortcut that can format a document as per registered user settings for each code editor.

Open the document and press CTRL + K,D. This formats an entire C#/XML/XAML document as per the formatting settings specified under Tools | Options | Text Editor for each of these language editors.
