Windows Server - Terminal Server Client issues using Windows Server 2003
Asked By Erik Sheldon on 22-Apr-09 04:20 PM
I have a 2003 Enterprise Server set up as a Terminal Server environment. My issue is that several users report their consoles locking up or losing connections from time to time. I have changed thin clients out to see if that was the issue, but to no avail. I don't see any issues in the event log, so I'm having a real hard troubleshooting this. Some more info...I use it sporadically and never have issues...my Director logs on when he gets home on his home laptop and is on it most of the night and says he never has any issues. Any help here, people?

I also was wondering if there is anything like what TERMSERV.MST was for Office 2000, for 2003? I'm wondering if it's something within Office that is causing the issues, and that I need to install Office 2003 through some sort of install procedure instead of a straight install?
