SharePoint - My custom workflows do not work anymore

I created sharepoint workflows in SharePoint Designer 2007 and they worked fine. I had to rename my server and my workflows dont work. The ones that come with SharePoint OTB work fine though.

 I also get an error Failed to find the XML file at location '12\Template\Features\ReportServer\feature.xml'when I click on the workflow link on the Site Settings of the top level site. One of our guys tried to install Reporting services. Could that have an effect?

Any thoughts? Please help

The reason for this could be feature.xml file might have either been deleted or corrupted in the process and here are the couple of ways for resolving this..
