We just discovered that we are not licensed for MOSS enterprise and have to go back to standard. I have the unenviable task of assisting with the downgrade. I wanna do it like this:
Remove MOSS completely and reinstall MOSS standard. When runnin the wizard, I will connect to the DB server but create a new config database. I will then connect all my content databases back.
Will this work? Or is there a better way of doing this?
