A free & effortless way to generate a PDF for a given URL is to use Web2PDF Online - http://savepageaspdf.pdfonline.com/
Web2PDF Online is a free service that accepts a URL & generates a PDF file for it
It also keeps track of all the PDF conversion activities in your site, providing you with a metric to measure the importance of your site contents.
You can also try iText# [ http://sourceforge.net/projects/itextsharp/ ] which is a library that allows you to generate PDF files on the fly.
Check this link - http://www.developerfusion.co.uk/show/5682/ that shows how to create PDF files with iText#
Tutorial with examples can be found here - http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=72954&package_id=166294
Use the free Print drivers such as Foxit PDF or PDF995. - [)ia6l0 iii replied to Pratik Asthana on 05-Feb-10 01:02 PM
You can download them for free, install them. And whenever you are in any document (htm, word, excel..or any other format), just do a print of your document and select them as your printer. You would get a print in "PDF".
Just search for them in your favorite search engine.

I think that method in this article(http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/uploadfile/d2dcfc/convert-html-to-word-then-word-to-pdf-with-C-Sharp/) will be helpful.
But it doesn't convert html to PDF directly but convert to Doc firstly and then convert Word to PDF.
