Hi,

In order to use payment services,

1) you have to decide which payment gateway are you going to use. Here is a sample comparison:

2) On selecting the gateway, there will be a set of API and the documentation for the integration will help you integrating your application.

Hi Hiren,

It won't be easy to describe full process of credit card processing with code but I can give you the general functional idea.

First of all you have to decide upon which payment gateway you want to use... there are so many merchants u will find offering payment gateways processing credit/debit cards. They will charge you, may be per transaction, may be for certain period like 1 month or 6 months or 1 year, may be some % of the amount processed. You have to purchase their services depending on your requirement.

Once you have all set with merchant, generally merchants have their web services or APIs which you have to consume in your application and call methods of them providing the needed input and the rest processing will be done by the service or API and the after processing is done the response (whether the transaction is succeeded or not, error code, transaction details, transaction number etc.) will be returned back to your code. Based on the response you will have to then execute next business logic in your code.
