Windows Vista - How do I get my money that was sent to you for an Item I paid for on E

I paid for an Item on E-Bay it was the Microsoft Windows Vista Enterprise X64 New In Box. The Item #160532461402 but the owner said it was the wrong item that he auctioned off and he said he refunded my money to Unique Transaction and I would like to know why I have'nt received my money back yet? What steps do I need to take in order to get my money back?
