It is Inbiult method , for can not change the size and font for alert box.

you can use jquery popup.

after adding jqueryui plugin you can use it.

like this-

<script>

function funShow() {

$('#dialog).dialog({ resizable: false, height: 140, modal: true });

}
</script>

<div id="dialog" title="Basic dialog">hi
</div>

<asp:Button runat="server" Text="Button" onClientClick="return funShow()" />

FOR EXAMPLE FOLLOW THIS

You need to go into the operating system/window manager settings to change this, or, possibly, the browser preferences.
