these are some good DVD burner

1. ImgBurn:

It can write most types of CD / DVD images and it supports all the latest writers. You can even use ImgBurn to erase / format your rewritable media. ImgBurn will do its very best to burn DVD-Video double layer images using the layer break you’ve specified in the IFO files, but also calculates the best place for you saving you the trouble. Advanced functionality can be found in context menus that appear when you right click on various bits of the user interface.

2. InfraRecorder:

Its a free CD/DVD burning solution. It offers a wide range of powerful features; all through an easy-to-use application interface and Windows Explorer integration. Create custom data, audio and mixed-mode projects and record them to physical discs as well as disc images. Supports recording to dual-layer DVDs. Blank (erase) rewritable discs using four different methods.

3. CdBurnerXP:

Though this multifaceted burning tool won’t win any beauty awards, it has almost everything Windows users need to create CDs and DVDs. One of the most glaring needs for Windows XP users is a DVD burner, and CDBurnerXP Pro fits the bill well. Despite a slightly confusing interface, this freeware tool should not disappoint users who take the time to familiarize themselves with its functionality.

It offers the easiest and the fastest way to burn any kind of CD/DVD disk you might possibly think of. There are many useful features available in DeepBurner. Every possible CD/DVD burning format is supported DeepBurner supports all certified formats for burning CDs/DVDs thus allowing you to create audio, video, data, archive, etc., CDs and DVDs with just one program. Its a little tool for burrrning audio CDs with CD-Text from various audio files. Supported formats are: wav, mp3, mpc, ogg, aac, mp4, ape, flac, ofr, wv, tta, m3u, pls and fpl playlists and cue sheets. You can also burrrn EAC’s noncompliant image + cue sheets! If you got a PC or laptop with a DVD RW then usually it comes with  a DVD burning software, for example like Nero which is a most trusted brand.

If you don't have that then you can buy from this site
