It is organized list of instruction that when executed cause computer to behave in a predetermined manner

In programming, a constant is a value that never changes, Numeric constant are the constant that contain only value which is between 0 to 9.... and other constant which not contain value between 0 to 9 is called non numeric constant.

what is variable.?
A symbol or name that stands for a value. 

what is compiler.
A person who compiles information in programming it compile your source code in to the machine readabe format for the understanding of machine and also convert machine code to human readable code

what is linker. ?
Also called link editor and binder, a linker is a program that combines object modules to form an executable program. Many programming languages allow you to write different pieces of code, called modules, separately

It is the editor in which you right c++ program. which contain the C+ library

EXE is the common filename extension denoting an executable file which contain the output of the program
