HOW DO I TURN ON AND OFF PERSONAL VOICE GREETINGS? SUCH AS GOOD MORNING LOUIS.GOOD AFTERNOON ETC.

Go to Tools - Options and then uncheck the options that read  'Alerts and Sound'.

iCOULD NOT FIND ALERTS,ONLY SOUNDS WITH NOISES TO CHECK NO VOICE OR NAMES

I think there is supposed to be a list of names to choose from somewhere,if not it should give me the option.I had it once before on my old windows 98 computer and I never had to set it up ,I tried just about everything,something is missing here.
