Windows 7 - Installing Windows Embedded 7 with Tablet PC Settings

We're trying to use a MIMO Magic Touch - touch screen monitor - with Windows Embedded 7 but we're having a hard time to make the screen work as a touch. Searching we found that website: http://socialebola.wordpress.com/2012/01/01/how-to-set-up-mimo-magictouch-to-work-with-touch/
Following the recommendation, we need to access Tablet PC Settings, but we can't find that on the Embedded OS.
Which one is the feature that carry this Settings?!
We tried to reinstall the OS, being sure that Tablet PC Support is selected but after all only Pen and Input show up on screen when searching for Tablet PC.
Any idea of how to do that?
We have another machine with Windows Embedded 7 (this one is 32bit) that has the Tablet PC Settings on it. But we need to figure how to enable that option to the new one.

The "Tablet pc" settings is an interface for calibrating devices. You can try running "tabcal.exe" in your run menu. If you have attached a device that can be calibrated, then the settings would show up.

If it does not come up, then this feature might not have been installed. Go to Control Panel - Programs and Features. Under this, you will find an option to turn windows features on or off. Select "Tablet PC Components" from this list and check the box , and press OK. Windows will install this for you.
