VB.NET - Exporting Crystal Report XI into PDF Freeze - Vb.Net2005

Greetings 
 
I have an application developed with Vb.Net 2005 and Crystal report XI used to preview many statistical reports. 
 
I always preview any report successfully, but when exporting any report that contains a Chart into pdf using the built-in export functionality in the report viewer control, the application freezes forever.
 
While when exporting any report that does not contain any chart into pdf, it exported successfully and with no errors. 
So, I need to know if there is a some way / Solution / workaround that I could use to fix my issue and let my export process continue successfully. 
 

please can I have a little help over here...

My guess is that the report does not export with a chart from the Report designer too. That might be a better workflow to verify.

The most weird thing is that the report is exported successfully to pdf format from the designer...but in the tool its not...

Now I`m stuck with this.....

Can you please post the VB.Net Code?

Dia610 iii, I`m afraid that their is no custom code behind the export function.... I`m just using the Export button that exist in the CrystalReportViewer control (built button)...... 

My custom code is only to preview the report and it is the default code....
