SharePoint - How to create multi level approval workflow based onlist columns?.

I have a CustomList with columns namely "EmployeeName,Dept,Manager1,Manager2,manager2".
When the employee fills the form,it goes to mgr1 for approval.once he approves it goes to mgr2 and then mgr3.
Provide your solution in brief.

Use the sharepoint designer, and create conditions for each of this case. For each condition, you need to associate a valid routing Action.
There are also tons of articles that already explain this. Read the article titled "Create a custom approval workflow in SharePoint 2010" on Microsoft Sharepoint blog. Below is the url.
