John

Is that all your data? and if so what kind of order is it in?  the dates are not in order the bill number is not in order and the amount is not in any order.

You have tax exempt, 12.5% tax and 5% tax list do you want to keep them separate or are you looking to join the list based soley on the date range for one page and then by party name on another.

I think the best thing would be for you to create a pivot table.
and you may have to add a new colum to put the tax information in.

it might look something like this when you are done.

just a thought Don

I would like to have a macro to copy this to new page, as per 12.5,5 and Tax exempted by date wise and party wise

I would like to copy date wise and party wise to another sheet by Tax exempted, 12.5, and 5%. If it possible with macro it is better.

You can probably accomplish this without a macro, and just use something like vlookup, to populate your other three sheets as you go I will work on something when I get to work, that would be simple for you.
