ASP.NET - I am using telerik radgrid my grid alignment works in IE9 but it does not work IE7,IE8

Hi,

      I have developed an web application using the telerik radgrid the alignment of the grid is displaying perfectly in IE9. But in IE8 and IE7 the alignment moves 1 inch left from the header
