SQL Server - How to create password/ set password for a particular database in sql server 2008 R2

You don't passwords for a database in SQL Server.  You create users (either windows active directory users or typically sql users), and assign them access to various objects such as databases, tables, stored procedures, etc...  Multiple users can have various levels of access to the same database.

Hello Sir.. What can I  do to lock the database for all the window users. so that no any user either windows user/ sql server user can open,copy,edit that database. Please help me by giving brief details.
