Entity Framework - what are the available entity frameworks for .net?best to use for WCF?

what are the different available entity frameworks for microsoft.net ?and which is the best one among the different entity frameworks to use with WCF.( Mapping with sql server database).

Microsoft only has one entity framework and I think it sucks. But, I'm only one guy.

Is it the Ado.net entity framework ? Is it a good bet to use enterprise libraries(6.0) for wcf programming or entity framework would be apt for wcf programming?
