C# .NET - Resource file working in one environment and not in another envioronment

I have added couple of line items to my resources. We have published the application and deployed the same published website in two different machines. The line items are rendered properly in one machine however it fails in another machine. Kindly provide your thoughts.

Hmm, this is a toughy.

I'm going to assume that both servers have the exact same IIS settings, regional settings, and the rest of the application works as expected.  Both instances of the app point to the same database and you are pulling up the same record on both web sites right?

Is it all the various cultures not working or just one or two?  If so, which one's?

Just looking for what the difference might be.

I checked the properties of both the dll files. In the detail tab of properties windows, one of the machine points to the type as application extension and the other machine  has the type as dll. I think this might be an issue.Any thoughts/ suggestions from you.

I checked my assemblies that were resources and they show application extension.  I'm sorry I don't have much to add.  I've never had this happen to me.
