form and controls size change automatically based on screen resolution size in c#windows application

how to solve this problem ,
anybody help me, very very urgent...

This is a real pain in windows forms .NET. The only truly reliable way to do this is write your own code to adjust the size of controls in the Resize event of the form. Not pretty.

WPF apps are much better at this sort of thing. You might want to considering moving up to it.
