Microsoft Excel - ActiveX not working in excel 2010

I have a large sheet with drop down activeX combo boxes, (and i suspect following an auto update) they no longer work. Nothing is happening when clicking on them.

Not sure if you have sorted this.  Your info is a bit thin on the ground but one thought is that ActiveX has been deactivated and you should check the settings in your Trust Center.
