ASP.NET - Have anyone heard about Kendo UI controls? Does it support non MVC asp.net application ?

Have anyone heard about Kendo UI controls? After googling a lot i came across that these controls are available for ASP.NET MVC. I just want to confirm whether it support non MVC asp.net application ?

I don't think see but you should ask Telerik directly.
