Microsoft Excel - convert date: 27-10-2025 13:52:58 to dd/mm/yyyy tried many formulas

i cant get it to work using: =TEXT(A1,"dd/mmm/yyyy") or Int(A1)

I what way doesn't it work? The text conversion works absolutely fine on my system.
