Other Issues - Deleted emails show back up in in box. Windows Live Mail.

OS is Windows 10 and the email client is Windows Live Mail aka at one time as Windows Live Mail 2012.
The deleted emails delete OK.  Just after a while they show back up in the in-box again...  No matter how interesting the email is I don't need to read it multiple times!  LOL
