Use StringFormat in binding expressions.

You can format the strings in binding expressions that are used to bind data.

For e.g. the Text property of the TextBlock can be formatted to a format specified below:
    <TextBlock Text=""{Binding Date, StringFormat='{}{0:dd/MM/yy}'}"" />
