This explains the issue with Cut/Copy “Insufficient Memory” issue in Visual Studio 2010 and steps to fix it.
If you are working with .Net Visual Studio 2010, you might have came across the following
error while Cut/Copy operation is performed:
"Insufficient available memory to meet the expected demands of an operation
at this time, possibly due to virtual address space fragmentation. Please try
again later."
This is because of an issue with Visual Studio 2010 version where the VS in some
cases calculating the available memory incorrectly even though the sufficient
memory is available and displaying the above error message.
