How to solve error "WorkflowServiceHostFactory cannot resolve the constructor string"?

Error: WorkflowServiceHostFactory cannot resolve the constructor string 'Server.BusinessLogic.PartsReportWorkflow' to a workflow type. The constructor string must contain either a name of the *.xoml file or a CLR type name of the workflow service type.

Solution: check the reference in server/facade, add reference if it does not exists
