Use the CaseInsensitiveComparer class to compare two objects of same class.

The CaseInsensitiveComparer compares the strings ignoring the case in strings

Syntax as follows:

System.Collections.CaseInsensitiveComparer cic = new System.Collections.CaseInsensitiveComparer();
String  firstString= ""microsoft"";
String secondString = ""Microsoft"";
int compareValue = cic.Compare(firstString, secondString);
