Limitations of List in SharePoint 2010

This explains the limitations of Lists in SharePoint 2010.

There are certain limitations in SharePoint Lists and here are they:

1) Maximum number of List items allowed in SharePoint List is 50 million.
2) Maximum Data per list item allowed is 8 kb, other than attachments.
