This explains the default account IIS 7 uses while configuring anonymous access to the ASP.NET Website.
When any ASP.NET WebSite is configured to allow anonymous access, IIS 7 uses IUSR account as default one.
Note: This is the user name of the account that is created when anyone installs IIS 7.
