How to programatically prevent the "Information Bar" which appears while downloading a file in IE.

When downloading a file in IE in some cases, you can see a Information Bar like: "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blocked this side from downloading files toyour computer. Click here for Options". How can you prevent it programatically.

Why does it occur?
There is a feature in IE called "automatically show download prompts" which will prompt a download when it occurs.  You can see how to configure this setting in IE here:

When this feature is turned ON, every time when a program initiates a download, (and not intervened by user) the Information bar will appear.

How to prevent it programatically?
The only way to prevent this popup is to modify your code.

If you have initiated the downloaded based on user's action - like Button_Click, the error will not appear.  So Change the code such that the download happens only on user click and not automatically.

supppose, you have done it after some validation, and you are starting the upload automatically, consider placing a link to the user like "Click here to download" to start the download explicitly.
