Windows 7 How to make Microsoft Outlook prompt for profile

Follow this procedures to make outlook prompt for profile.

To make outlook prompt for profile,

Go to START -> RUN -> Type "Control". This Opens up control panel
Change the Control panel view to "Large Icons"
                           
Locate Mail (32-bit) and open it and click on Show Profiles
Check the box Prompt for a profile to be used and click on OK
