This explain how to allow Impersonation in ASP.NET Web Application.
Whenever, you need to allow your ASP.NET Web Application to be accessed by users using Impersonation account, you could do that using the foloowing configuration
in Web.config file.
<configuration>
<system.web>
<identity impersonate="true"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
You could even configure a single user identity to be allowed to impersonated as below:
<configuration>
<system.web>
<identity impersonate="true"
userName="EggHeadCafe\Robbe"
password="********" />
</system.web>
