Move documents from one document Library to another

Follow these steps to quickly move a document from one document library to another

Choose "File" - New - workflow in the Sharepoint designer.

In the "Define your new workflow" section of the Workflow designer, choose a name and select a document library. This document library would attach to the workflow and would behave as a source of documents that have to be moved.

Choose "Allow this workflow to manually started from item" and click the "Next" button,

Choose "Actions"- "More Actions".

Select "List actions" on the "Workflow Actions" dialog.

Select "Copy list item" from the actions and click the "add".

Now go to the step1 screen of the designer, and you would see a text like "Copy item in thislist to thislist". Click the first "thislist" and check if the item is selected. Press Ok to continue.

And now click the second "thislist" and select the doc library that you want to move the documents to.

Click "Finish"
