How to get my computers current temperature

This explains how to get a windows computer current temperature. If your computer is running at very high temparature, it might cause a hardware problem very soon.

Windows system current temperature can be easily fetched with a WMI query.

wmic /namespace:\\root\wmi PATH MSAcpi_ThermalZoneTemperature get CurrentTemperature

This outputs your computer temperature in tenths of degree Kelvin. Note that this is not supported on all hardwares. Most latest generation hardwares has this feature and virtual machines don't provide you this.
