Windows Vista - windows vista error code 8007000D

i have recently installed windows vista ultimate and have been able to download and install all available updates except for the ultimate upgrades which include, texas hold'em poker, bit defender and the dream scene preview they download but won't install i just keep get error code 8007000D, can any one help please

Windows Update doesnt work on VISTA Beta 2 machiens after joining to a domain.

make a REG key by pasting  this to notepad and saving it as .reg

after saving it , double-click to run it , Restart to Windows Update Service and its done

 this key will get back your Vista station to work with local policy, which connect to the internet for updates.

thank you shweta sason for your reply, i tried this but just got a error meesage saying ( Cannot import C:\Users\nikk\Documents\.reg: The specified file is not a registry script. You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor.) i don't suppose you know what to do know do you thanks in advance nikk cabo.

Are you trying to import from within the registry?

That is not the way to do it.

You need to copy the text provided into notepad and save as something like upgrade.reg

Then double-click on the resulting upgrade.reg file.

Windows will then import the file for you
