i am getting error below after submitting details from ASP.net application simultaneously by 2 users. The stored procedure inserts or updates data to 10 tables

Transaction (Process ID 150) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

and what kind of ROWLOCK hints you are using. Is this done in a transaction?

If it fails, are you rolling it back? Do you commit at the end?

i have attached the code for each stored procedure in the attached document. Each individual stored procedure is called from another main stored procedure.
