ASP.NET - Can I strat in css hover button sytle method for play sound

Hello people :)

I need help with my problemm.I need on my website where are my navigation button ( generiert Button without names) play sound when is onmouseover .

Its posible somethinks like this

I have in myMaterpage.cs c# method to play sound with definition my soundFile

this method is : Sound();

Now how start this method .. I havent names from button ( button are generiert.. this is problemm for my).

Ist possible start this method per css hover

a.nav:hover
{
color: #9400D3;
start my method Sound();
}

Or in myMasterpage.cs

protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
something like if ( style a.hover color = #9400D3;)

{

Sound();

}

}
