ASP.NET - asp.net poll system

Hi all,

I want to create a poll system. Admin will add options for poll, and user can select one options and see result of previous polls. I dont want that a user press 2 votes for same polls from one computer. Admin can variable number of options for differet polls ( e.g for poll 1 .. 3 option, for poll 2 5 options etc). When user click view result ... a popup should appear with backscreen grayed out showing poll results. How can i do this. Please give me suggestions or related links using asp.net 3.5, using ajax. Can I create bar graphs results using asp.net 2.5 and ajax showing percentage of results.
