Microsoft Excel - How can I create a pivot table from another pivot table in Excel 2007?

In Excel 2003, there was an option in the pivot table's source options, where you could choose to create a pivot table from another pivot table that already exists. I can't find that option in Excel 2007. Can you help me?

You can bring up the "old-style" Pivot Table wizard by typing Alt+D and then P. That has the option.
