Windows Server - Disaster Recovery for SBS 2008

Hello,

I am so new here and hoping to get some answeres. Need help so bad.

The hard drive in my servers crashed due to UPS did not work during power interruption. I replace both hard drive same exact size that I had before using RAID 0 partitioned the hard drive exactly as what we had before the did. Insterted SBS 2008 Disk and chose Repair your computer then chose Windows Complete Restore picked yesterdays Successfull backup then it gives me an error "Incorrect Paramenters"

Can you guys please help.

are you using Full backup or incrimental backups?
