C# .NET - image convert to video file

  hi,

   This is ashish ,in my project ,if the motion detected of a particular area the camera is capture the image milisecondwise ,after that this image convert to video file.



My requerment is

1- camera is capture the image but i am unable to create image to video file.


 please help me
