Windows 7 - Outlook 2007 Changing outgoing port

I have tried everything...step by step through Outlook..and based on your website, going through Control Panel. Still keep getting 'Acct name is already in use. Choose another name'. I really don't know how to delete and start all over. Can you please help? This is a business email account and I need to use it.

Hi Debbie,

make sure you close Outlook down before making the changes through Control Panel > Mail

If you do not close Outlook then you will ge the message stating the account is in use as Outlook would have loaded that profile.
