Hello,

Can you set windows Internet explorer to your default browser to accomplish this task< it might fix the issue.  Lets try that first.

You may use the Set Program Access and Defaults feature to set your default browser. To set Internet Explorer as the default (this repairs the file association settings as well), try this:

From Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs applet, and choose Set Program Access and Defaults button. [ Alternately, click Start, Run and type control appwiz.cpl,,3 ]

Click the Custom button once. From the list that appears, select Internet Explorer and then click the OK button.

It is available to set Chrome Google as your default browser in the Notebook. During the ripping process, the file was "protected." This limits the number of computers on which the file can be played.

To play the file on this computer, you must download a license (a process known as "license migration"). A license acts an electronic key that allows you to "unlock" a protected file and play it.

I had the same problem and I went to internet options and made Internet explorer my default browser.  I was then able to download the license.

Hi to those who have replied.  Sadly I do not wish to make Windows Internet Explorer my default; I'm much happier using Chrome Google.
