Windows 7 - Can't download iTunes. Certificate error

Hi. I have a new computer with windows 7 64 bit. I am unable to download iTunes. It keeps coming up with an error message saying "iTunes and QuickTime has an invalid signature. It will not be installed". I had no problem downloading QuickTime from the apple website on its own as it seemed to have the certificate. I have tried downloading multiple versions etc but nothing works. When I try to execute the iTunes file the progress bar comes up like it's working but only for a second. Please help me!!!
