C# .NET - find details of phone numbers

I want to create an application in which

1. I will input one phone number
2.the application will give me all the details of phone numbers such as 1. PROVIDER:MTNL or BSNL 2. Pincode

first store all the data in the database...

now retrieve the detail using the query:

    private void button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
      string q = "select * from table1 where mobileNo=" + textBox1.Text;
      SqlDataAdapter da = new SqlDataAdapter(q, "ConnectionString");
      DataTable dt = new DataTable();
      da.Fill(dt);
      dataGridView1.DataSource = dt;
   
    }

if the data is stored in database then it is very very easy task

how will i get these data of telephone numbers...
can these data be found on online if u

You can use some webservice,

If you store in database means how much data you will store? otherwise you can do one thing, store 1st 4 digit of the mobile number in database, from that you can get the operator name and state code, if you want pincode means then you should use some webservices
